I sat down with Sam Rivers and Ed Matos from the pop/hip-hop/reggae band Emergency Service to ask them the Same Five Questions. Here is a clip of how they see their music persona. Tossed salad may have been mentioned. Just saying. That’s reason enough to check them out, right?

Plus these guys are do-gooders (an always sexy proposition, in addition to the tossed salad thing, obviously). They are playing at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure on Sunday at the Central Park bandshell hella early. Worth getting up in the am to gander at.
